This new development only confirms what many animal welfare advocates have always known about IAMS, but for the last few years, they claimed they (IAMS) were no longer doing. They claimed they were no longer performing test on animals, but rather they were outsourcing and NOT using animals. We should send this to ALL retailers selling IAMS too! They're the ones that don't know or don't believe it. AND Many people who don't like PETA (who are the ones that usually put out these report on IAMS) think they're exaggerating, but now there is proof from the Dept. of Agriculture!
PLEASE...if you feed your pets ANY product made by IAM, STOP!!

hmm. that's disturbing that this kind of stuff goes on.
when i had dogs ( now cats ) i only fed them iams. that was when they first came out on the market, 10-plus years ago. i wonder when they started testing animals. i am wondering who else is testing.
